Are all GFB products certified gluten-free?
Yes, every product we make is certified gluten-free by the GFCO. We also operate our own dedicated gluten-free facility to ensure there is no risk of cross-contamination.
Do you offer vegan or plant-based options?
Absolutely. Most of our product line is vegan-friendly and plant-based. Please check the specific ingredient label on each product page for detailed nutritional information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrived damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our distribution to more countries in the near future.
Are your snacks non-GMO and soy-free?
Yes, we are committed to using high-quality ingredients. All GFB snacks are Non-GMO Project Verified and the majority of our recipes are formulated without soy.
